1. Eligibility and organization authority
You must be authorized by a participating organization and able to enter a binding agreement. If you administer a workspace, you represent that you have authority to manage its members, roles, departments, and information.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and invitation links may not be shared. Your organization may suspend or deactivate access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use DutyTrace to violate another person’s rights.
4. Organization content
Your organization retains its rights in content entered into DutyTrace. You grant the permissions necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit content.
5. Service availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, and maintenance, security events, provider failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, misuse, legal requirements, non-payment where applicable, or material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” DutyTrace is a coordination tool and does not replace professional judgment, safety procedures, legal obligations, or emergency systems. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
