Joining a team
DutyTrace uses secure invitations. Open the latest link from your administrator before its expiration date.
Installing DutyTrace
On iPhone, open DutyTrace in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Supported browsers may also show an Install option.
Task or permission questions
Your role and department control available actions. Contact your manager or organization administrator first.
Contact support
Include your organization, task number if applicable, device/browser, and what you expected to happen. Never send your password or an active invitation link.
