1. Information we collect

  • Account information, including name, email address, position, organization, role, and department.
  • Work content, including tasks, checklists, deadlines, status changes, notes, mentions, approvals, and activity history.
  • Security and technical information, including active sessions, device labels, authentication events, and service diagnostics.
  • Support information you choose to provide when requesting help.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, maintain organization access controls, deliver task notifications, preserve accountability history, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

3. Organization control

Your organization administers its DutyTrace workspace and determines member roles, department access, assignments, and retention decisions. Authorized administrators may access organization information as required to manage the service.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that support hosting, databases, caching, monitoring, and communications. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, secure authentication, and operational monitoring, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You can update available profile and notification settings in DutyTrace. For account access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact your organization administrator or email support@dutytrace.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

7. International use and changes

Information may be processed where DutyTrace and its service providers operate. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date above when we do.
